Job description:

FF3 Resource Group Inc. is a full service technology staffing firm. TMP (Talent Management Practice) provides Contract Technology Professionals in all areas of the Project Lifecycle from Discovery to Operations. The two domains that we support are Mission Critical Business Systems and Infrastructure/Operations.

We are conducting a search for a contractor that will maintain and support a large and complex client/server application written in CTD (Centura Team Developer). This person will work as part of a team and all team members are expected to show strong analytical skills and be able to work independently as a frontend and backend programmer. Top quality technical skills are required and it is unlikely that a candidate with less than five overall years of experience will be chosen.

Requirements:

	Bachelors and Masters in Engineering and/ or 5 years of Programmer Analyst experience
	A minimum of five years of development experience
	A minimum of three years of Gupta/Centura (SQL windows) experience
	Must have worked as a Gupta/Centura Developer in the last two years
	A minimum of two years experience with Oracle and PL/SQL

Skills: Oracle Warehouse Builder (OWB) developer

• Understand the requirements received from Account Managers

• Proactively and reactively identify candidates/ consultants via various lead generation methods and techniques and ensure steady supply of technical resources

• Conduct screening interviews, determine qualifications, Check references, and present candidates to the account managers

• Negotiate terms and conditions of employment and drive the candidate hiring process, liaising with HR

• Basic understanding of Technology terms and acronyms and desire to constantly update knowledge

• Strong inter personal skills including good communication (written and oral), initiative, organized and adaptive

• Excellent team player with keen sense of target achievement

• Compensation: Base salary plus commission with benefits
